Ability 1: Scream: Can emit/generate extremely powerful scream of a high amplitude for a variety of purposes. This usually happens when Lucy is crying and is mad at the same time.
Ability 2: Levitate: Can cause oneself/subjects/objects to hover/float in the air unassisted, allowing the user to carelessly float in the air and prevent their bodies from making contact with the ground below. Usually this occurs when she sleeps, and sometimes when she giggles. Lucy has no control over this and is controlled mainly by her emotions.
