[PRP - Forge] Troll Feathers!

The task is simple! The Forgemaster needs the highest quality feathers to stuff his pillows. Unfortunately, he’s deathly afraid of birds and doesn’t have it in him to collect them himself.
Goal: Collect as many feathers as you can!
Instructions: Roll 20d100. You can roll all at once or split them up for the sake of continuing the RP. But the most you can roll is 20 times! For every number above 80, you’ve collected a feather!
Reward: 1 gold pieces per feather with a maximum of 10!

"Find feathers... get some gold coins..." Rhukmar snorted at the absurdity of the statement. She was covered in feathers! Why he wouldn't accept some of her own, she had no idea... She stalked around looking for anywhere birds were nesting, hoping to come up to some easy source of feathers. She had been asked to find a decent blade to replace one that had been broken. They didn't have the resources to make new glaives so the Arakkoa had to out-source their weapons. She wrinkled her nose as she looked around some more. However, the forgemaster she had been sent to wanted feathers, not just gold coins, for the knives she had to find.

Suddenly she spotted a flock of barred song birds and smiled. This should be easy enough. With her glaive at the ready she lunged at the flock, beating her wings quickly to startle all members up into the air. "There we go!" she muttered to herself as three feathers floated down towards her. "Easy as pie." With a flick of her tail, the three feathers were carefully stowed away and she started looking for another flock.

A rather frustrating hour passed to find Rhukmar still looking for more feathers. Her plan of scaring flocks away to pick off clean shed-feathers was rapidly failing. She trudged through the undergrowth with a growl as another flock came within sight. The glaring issue of her plan was that she needed to walk to where the flock was resting because flying meant the were already in the air before she even got close to them.

Racing towards her current targets, she yelled and flapped, feeling every moment that this was beneath her. She felt even worse when the only feather that dropped landed in some mud. "Oh come on!" She stomped a claw before stalking off again. She could find another flock.

Another hour had passed and now, not even the birds were getting close to her. Rhukmar seethed with frustration and was about ready to call it quits. She even went around to older roosting areas that were devoid of birds and was unable to find any decent feathers. "If I don't find something soon I'm going to pluck my own out and stuff them down his neck!!" the Arakkoa raged into the sunset, about ready to take off and just forget about the whole thing.

Finally she saw a flock settling down to roost. By this time the sun was starting to set and Rhukmar was -done- with the day. She eyed the nesting flock and wrinkled her nose. Chasing them down had not done much after they wised up to her task. Maybe there was another way to get some feathers. The Arakkoa was ready to try just about anything at this point so she decided to take the hard route. Taking a section of cloth from her tabard, she fashioned a net that she could use while flying. Then with the practice of many years behind her, she soared up into the sky, hovering at her zenith, and then diving down towards the flock. "Those stupid birds are not going to know what hit them!" she chuckled to herself.

This time she was finally lucky. After knocking a bird right out of the sky with her descent, she was able to wrap it up long enough to pull not one, but two feathers from it's sorry hide. This brought her total up to five feathers and she was so fed-up that she was done. "He can get his own feathers next time!" Rhukmar released the bird and then took off toward the forge-master. It was time to deliver the feathers, get paid, and then buy the dagger needed for the new fighting practices.
