Ability: Snow Cloak/Keen Eye

Having adapted to the much colder and snowy climates, Hoothoot have taken a much lighter shade of plumage. This is an effort to blend in when on the ground most likely.

Citran Hoothoot are predatory, but typically depend on Citran Noctowl to catch their prey due to their inability to successfully hunt in the fridged winds.

Unlike other Hoothoot, Citran Hoothoot have difficulties keeping track of the time and let out a cry whenever they feel like it, instead of every hour.

New moves: Powder Snow, Icy Wind, Frost Breath, Ice Beam, Blizzard, and Confuse Ray.

Ability: Snow Cloak/Intimidate

Adapting to the harsh and cold climates of the Citra region, the body temperature of Citran Noctowl has dropped as well. By doing so, it is able to survive for longer periods of time without food to keep the younger Hoothoots able to feed.

Gaining attributes of the "Ghost" type, Citran Noctowl naturally developed a counter measure to its only natural predator, Persian. When its wings are spread, the plumage vaguely resembles the Pokemon Haunter.

Trainers who pick up Citran Noctowl are regarded as quite brave due to the naturally intimidating appearance of this feathery Pokemon, but it is still just as loyal as any Noctowl could be.

Ability: Lead Foot*/Reckless

Brought from a far away region, Dodou was initially used as a food source for settlers in Citra. However with time, many Dodou escaped captivity and became well adapted to the harsh climates of Citra. Their plumage becoming thicker and their legs more developed, the population of Dodou evolved into this.

Their attitudes taking a far meaner turn, Citran Dodou are known to chase off any of their natural predators when in groups and are not even remotely hesitant to kick them with their sharp talons and peck at them too.

Trainers trying to catch Dodou are advised to merely go after the more tame Dodou found on farms, rather than the wild Citran Dodou.

With Spartan mentality, only the strongest survive in the Citran Dodrio family groups. Traveling in groups of four to sixteen, Citran Dodrio protect the young Dodou from the shadows from their natural predators.

Far more aggressive than other Dodrio, Citran Dodrio will attack anything they perceive as a threat head on. It is not uncommon to see a Lycanroc pack running away from a single Citran Dodrio they couldn't get the jump on.

Having gotten fully used to the climate of the region, their population is steadily rising in the Western parts of the region and areas that have Dodrio have warning signs placed all around.

Ability: Levitate

Wandering the coldest parts of the region, Citran Misdreavous are more playful than normal, hoping their lighthearted pranks will endear them to a trainer or traveler who can keep them warm. They are capable of feeding off of laughter rather than fear, but often accidentally scare travelers away. They sing rather than scream at night, which many people find just as creepy, if not more so.

Some have been noted to have wandered into towns and try to play with young children. While this isn't really seen as much of a threat at times, they have in the past accidentally abducted younger children and guided them into the cold wilderness of Citra. Most of these children are never heard from again.

For trainers looking to catch one of these, it is heavily advised to be careful with them. They are a bit fickle when it comes to matters of safety and tend to lead their trainers into incredibly dangerous situations as a fluke.

Much akin to the standard Mismagius, the Citran Mismagius is capable of creating illusions and using mysterious powers. Luckily, its kinder nature is retained from being a Misdreavus. Carrying nothing but pure intentions they tend to go out of their way to make the wishes of their trainers come true, but they tend to cause horrible things to happen on sheer accident.

Rookie trainers are advised not to try to train a Citran Mismagius while wandering the freezing temperatures. Seeing their trainer suffering, some have been reported to create the illusion that they were warmer. This led to many unfortunate demises of the trainers in question.

Despite all this, this Pokemon is sought after by many due to a rumor that the Pokemon can help others fall in love. It is incredibly rare in the wild and is nothing to toy around with given its powerful abilities.

Ability: Motor Drive

Not all too different from Electivire found in other regions, Citran Electivire is mostly the same. The only visible different is the use of tools. Having mixed things up a lot, Citran Electivire have picked up the usage of arm protectors and various other loose and natural armor.

It has not been determined what caused this to start occuring in the population, but wild Electivire are to be approached with caution. They are known to electrocute those who threaten their tribes.

A few rumors have been going around though that the Citran Electivire have started a feud with Magmortars found within the region. Though they rarely encounter one another, the battles between the two are beyond brutal.

Ability: Pressure

Encountered only in the wild Citran Magmortar are a bizarre occurrence. The flames dying out from the cool air, they continuously seek warmth and are willing to make it by any means.

Citran Magmortar that leave their volcanic homes are prone to burning everything in sight they see in an attempt to make things far closer to the way they desire. Many of trainers who have caught these Magmortars avoid using them in battle, purely due to the fact they will lose sight of the battle and continue burning everything around, including the trainers.

An odd rumor has been circulating that a rivalry between Citran Magmortar and Citran Electivire exists. Not many have reported it, but when these two Pokemon meet, a horrible battle will ensue. It isn't obvious why this would occur, but there may be some truth to it.

New Moves: Parting Shot, Sucker Punch, Shadow Ball, Dark Pulse, Mud Bomb, and Sludge Bomb.

Ability: Tough Claws

A rarely seen form of Lycanroc! Parallel to the Dusk form, the Dawn form is one attained from a Rockruff that evolved early in the morning. With all the physical prowess of Midnight Lycanroc, it lacks the over all aggressive that is predominantly seen in that form. With a personality resembling the Midday form, it is regarded as an easier to handle Midnight.

It is hard to determine what this Pokemon is like in the wild however, due to it being very seldomly seen. A few have been seen preying on Mareep and successfully taking on much larger Pokemon for later consumption. Unlike Midday, it doesn't need to rely on its pack and can take on stronger opponents on its own! If encountered in the wild, use extreme caution, for little is known still.
