God is not obligated to give, but He gives to whomever He pleases. When we focus on Christ alone, we stop wanting things we don't need, we should be content in Christ as St. Paul states Phil 4:11. It can become dangerous that what we wish we had or if we do indeed get what we want it can become an idol. Are you feeling ungrateful in life? Are you satisfied in Christ alone?
