Is Kakashi's eye implanted???? Because he only has it in one eye, and sasuke has it in both. So what's the deal? Can you tell me how he got it?

Yes, Kakashi's Sharingan was implanted. It was from his Uchia teammate/friend who died

Kakashi's eye was implanted. His dear friend and teammate was dying during a mission. Shortly before Kakashi lost his eye when sliced by a sword. His other teammate, Rin, implanted the eye of his dying teammate, Uchiha Obito, into his left eye socket using some sort of medical jutsu.
Now mind you, the Uchiha family was very large, leading to the possibility that Obito might not have been directly related to Sasuke at all; but a cousin or uncle.
Obito knew he was going to die and not only wanted to pass on the legacy of the Sharingan, but he wanted to save his friend's ninja career. It's a big hard to be a ninja blind in one eye.
The problems with this transplant is that Kakashi isn't the right blood to handle the Sharingan. In a way, his body, "rejects" it. This is why using the Sharingan is not only a dramatic moment for him, but a painful, tiring expirience as well.

the sharingan is exclusive to the uchiha clan. but it can be transplanted from one person to another. uchiha obito (team-mate of a young Hatake Kakashi) gifted his eye to Kakashi upon his own death. the implant was performed by Rin (team-mate of Hatake Kakashi and Uchiha Obito).
