This hookah lounge is a nice place for people to sit around and smoke, have a drink, and a nice conversation. On top of the many different types of tobacco they sell they have a full bar and kitchen. There is also a hidden room in the back that if you know the password you may enter the strip club.

◈◈◈◈◈◈◈◈◈◈◈◈◈◈◈◈◈◈◈◈◈◈◈◈◈◈◈◈◈◈◈◈◈◈◈◈◈◈◈◈◈◈ Levy had had a long week spending most of her time recruiting new members. She also had to figure out who had attacked her men which had been a fairly easy task. Considering the dumb asses who had attached them decided to go run their mouths off about it on the street. She had also had to straighten out some of thebers who had gotten to eager to go after those who had attached their gang mates. It had been a group of teens trying to start up their own gang but she could already tell their leader was to weak and undisciplined to handle the pressure of being a boss. Then there was last night New years that thankfully no one had tried anything so her and the members of the gang had been able to celebrate together so that was good.
As she walked to the Red Light hookah she thought on the past week. She arrived thirty minutes before she was supposed to be there and found the perfect spot to wait for Jasper. She orders something to drink as she looks around the room at the other people there. The server brought her drink and she sipped on it watching a couple leave the building at the same time she also saw someone head to the back room. It seemed to be the usual crowd except for two new faces. She will be keeping an eye on them. She then turns her attention to the people behind the counter they were all servers that she knew and trusted. She looks at her phone to check the time and then turns her attention to the door.

Jasper already knew a fair bit about what had been going on, especially the attack on his own men. Even though the offenders were a ragtag group of self-aggrandizing teens, they still needed to be taught a lesson. While Levy was busy babysitting some of the more enthusiastic avengers, Jasper had a little fun of his own. A quick search through databases showed that most of the members were, well, kind of not that impressive. Most of them still lived with their parents and only occasionally skipped school to be “thugs” as they probably saw themselves. For several of them, all he had to do was ask a couple of his girls to call the parents up, pretend to be concerned citizens or parents of smaller kids or whatever, and rat out on them with maybe an embellishment or two. Of course he listened in on all of these calls, and to hear the parents’ reaction…he knew most of those useless punks were going to get quite the beating. As for the leader, though he was technically a teenager, he was also a legal adult. A late night plant in his home and an anonymous tip to the police later, and hours later the man was locked away in a cell for a highly disapproved of crime, even amongst criminals. His methods might not have been what his “family” would describe as fun, but they were highly efficient.
He walked into Red Light about two minutes after the meeting time (he always showed up “fashionably late” if he was meeting someone who worked for him) and as soon as he claimed a seat across from Levy, a waitress brought a glass of a deep red liquid and put it down before him, quietly asking if there was anything else she or anyone here could do for him. He quietly eyed her before smiling and replying, ”just see to it we are not disturbed. I’m sure that will not require much effort.” The server nodded and quickly left, whispering the instructions to the other staff members. ”Ah, my dearest Levy, I hope New Year’s Eve treated you well?” Just because this was an official meeting didn’t mean he had to be cold, in fact, given the somewhat open nature of their meeting place, a convivial spirit made them stand out less. Granted, a pallid, bleach blond man in a three piece suit kind of stood out most everywhere. In a sense, he used this to his advantage: if the whole city knew that Jasper Frost was an eccentric libertine with a flair for the dramatic, then he couldn’t possibly be doing shady underhanded things as well, he was much too garish to be subtle!

As he sat down one of the servers would bring him a drink, and ask if he needed anything else. Once the woman was off Levy would smile. It was funny normally people hated seeing their boss but she was happy to see him. But then again she has been with him since she was eight years old. "Actually it was quite well. I spent most of it with the gang. But it is weird its my.second new years without Kenshin and it still feels wrong." She knew she should not have been as close to Kenshin as she had been but she had been young and by the time.she realized it she was old enough to see her mistake but could not change it. In fact that was probably her only weakness she got attached and it hurt when she lost someone. She probably should not be bringing that kind of thing up so she decided to change the subject slightly "So how was your new years eve did you have a good time?"
It was always a surprise to see how comfortable with him she was. Most people, even if they got along well with their boss, would never bring up personal problems or the inner workings of their mind, yet Levy seemed quite comfortable with it while in his presence. Did he actually care about how much she missed Kenshin? Absolutely not, but there was vital information revealed in her comments, namely that she seemed to form bonds with the people who had cared for her when she was young, and that she was incredibly attached to those she had chosen to like. Conveniently, he fell into both categories, sort of. He had never cared for her more than anyone else in his gang per se, though when Kenshin brought this little protege in, he had been decidedly curious. As she proved herself, however, he came to like her more and more; she was damn good at what she did, and her willingness to serve made her easy to work with. ”But I am sure he would be proud of how much you have grown and improved. I know I am.” Hey man, flattery could really go far, especially when you kind of met it. ”As for my eve…let us just say it was productive,” he said with a snake-like glint in his eyes and a half-cocked mischievous grin. Sometimes he failed to see the line between business and pleasure. ”Now then, down to business. What info and rumors have you gathered?” Even if he had heard things as well, it was more important he have all of the details before he relayed anything to her.

Another gang tried to take over our territory for the girls but I was quick to take care of it and they will not be bothering us again. There was a group of people who had attached some of our members. Some.of out new recruits were a little to eager to get back at them so I had to settle them down. However me and some of the older members did get back at them. It was a bunch of teens trying to start their own gang however I can tell their so called leader does not have what it takes. Someone tried to attack one of the escorts. I had a little chat with him let's just say he will never trie that again." She was not sure what to add after all other than that it had been fairly quiet.
No rumors? That was strange to be sure, as he would have thought new years could be a time that many would try to start new ventures, and they would be more likely to party so hard they would easily give information. But perhaps that was not the case after all. Either way, it did still sound like things had been happening recently. ”I see. As for that impromptu gang, I can assure you we will not be hearing from them again. The members’ mothers have been informed, which apparently was enough to rein them in. And let’s just say the cops recently received a tip off about some rather…unsavory files on the leaders computer. I’m afraid he will be having a rough time in jail for quite a while now.” From that description alone, what he had done was decidedly not illegal, however he was quite certain she could infer what he had actually done, and letting her infer was much less risky than admitting it. ”I assume you intervened before any harm could come to my employee? If any harm came, you know the punishment must be severe, I have a reputation as an excellent employer to uphold.” He was a shrewd businessman and he was known to be quite strict when it came to debts, but once someone joined his ranks, they would be protected or at least avenged so long as they did what they were supposed to and continued keeping operations running smoothly. Not a half bad payoff for never being able to leave… ”In your opinion, is there a chance that any of these occurrences are linked?” He didn’t have any evidence, yet it seemed strange for two gangs to rise up and attempt to challenge them in such a short time window, and perhaps the attack on an escort was a subtle declaration of war? Too many possibilities.
Levy completely understood what he meant when he said he put files on his computer, and he was gonna have a rough time in jail."I understand 100%. I would never allow any harm to come to any of the girls. As for the guy that attacked her well he currently wishes he was never born and is in plenty of pain." Levy would never let any harm come to any of the girls no matter what. And if something ever did happen to any of the girls she would feel bad for the guy who caused it for Levy is not a very forgiving person, and you will never know when she would come after you. She had to think for a minute about the possibility of the occurrences being linked.
But then she remembered something "There is a strong possibility that two of the three are connected. The group of teens all had a tattoo of the Greek symbol of chaos. The gang that had tried to take over our territory was a little more established than the group of teens but nowhere close to a big player. But this group also has a tattoo of the Greek symbol for chaos the difference is theirs has a serpent winding throughout it. Their is a possibility that this gang which ironically is named the serpents of chaos may be trying to gain more members in order to be stronger. The group of teens may have been recruits trying to earn their way in." She had to stop for a moment and take a sip of her drink. "As for the attack on the escort I am fairly certain that it is not connected to the other to incidents. He was just a man wanting more than he was willing to pay for. As for the Midas gang they are only interested in wealth and as of right now are no threat to us." She may be over thinking the whole similar tattoo thing but it was better safe than sorry. None the less she had a group of her guys checking into it more as the two spoke.
Of course she had already dealt out a fitting punishment for the one…overly eager client, she dealt with such matters quickly. That was a significant difference between them: she took care of things efficiently and quickly whereas those who really pissed him off would be subjected to a very tailored and fitting punishment. He supposed he just took things personally more often than she did, that or he had a greater love of revenge. ”Good,” was all he cared to respond in regards to her dealing with the single customer. Frankly that wasn’t the biggest concern and even someone much lower in the hierarchy could have taken care of it just fine. Threats to one person were nowhere near as critical as threats to the entire group (unless they were threats against him, for he was the brain of the outfit.) Now when it came to the teens who had picked a fight with them and the gang who was trying to cut in on their turf, that had his undivided attention. Despite having a tattoo himself, he really did not know much about them, but he assumed that it would not be too difficult to add the snake in later perhaps? ”Follow up on that potential connection. If this is a larger operation than it currently appears, I will not have us blindsided by street punks.” Internally he wanted to rest his head in his hands and sigh, but even that was too much a sign of weakness. Instead he motioned to the waitress or whatever she was, and within moments a different drink was brought over and his empty glass was removed. Once the waitress was out of sight once more, he continued. ”They are no obvious threat yet. But if it is money they are after, they have to know we are doing well in business. Here’s to hoping they continue feeling we put too much work into it for the enterprise to interest them.” He raised his glass and gently clinked it against her before taking a hearty sip. One could say that he and alcohol worked very well together.
Man, he had been real lucky at the proverbial “tables” today, and had managed to make a $100,000 haul. Of course this was through many different sites and alternating VPNs et cetera et cetera, but hey, it was a good way to make some fast cash if you knew how to work the system. Anyways, by the time he thought to call it quits for the day, it was already into the evening. ”That late already? I suppose I should get out and observe.” But no reply came. Well, that wasn’t too surprising as it was his private residence, but he still missed having another living presence with him. Sighing, he headed back to his bedroom and dug out an outfit for himself: a nice black suit with a pale solar motif on the lapels. Yes, he supposed it was a bit fancy, but this was New York City: people of all sorts walked the streets and no one paid much mind. That said, he had no intention of walking, why else would he have a chauffeur after all? Phoning down to the main desk, he asked the concierge to please have his chauffeur prepared with the Rolls. Upon hanging up, he continued changing, then did not bother descending until the desk rung back up to inform him his car was ready. The sex on wheels (aka any of his cars, because they were all gorgeous beasts that would make any collector offer up his very soul just for a peek at one) glistened in the fading light, and even the most unflappable of pedestrians stopped to admire its beauty. Jasper just smirked, relishing in the surrogate attention he was receiving. Once settled in, he gave his driver brief instructions, and they were off to the Hookah bar.
The Rolls glided to a stop around back of the joint where the employee entrance was located. As it was a Cambion hideout, he of course had a key to every door in the building. The door connected to the kitchen, and though he was far from blending with the crowd, no one paid him any mind save to keep out of his way. Then he headed up the performers route to the hidden strip club. First things first, he found the Madame in charge and got the latest intel from her. Then he slipped out to the club proper to watch the talent, of course just to make sure that everyone was up to par. If anyone needed work, he would take them somewhere secluded and train them. And if anyone was particularly good? well, he could make it very profitable to spend a bit of time with him.
