While Sakura Con got cancelled this year, are you guys gearing up to party this next year?
I did that one year, just remember you can always go to a smaller con.
yep just mainly been doing anime los angeles and every year, and 1 day of anime expo now. Was going to do wondercon this year but it got cancelled. SO waiting to see whats still around later this year

I wish there was more cons in Eastern Washington, but at least there will be a new one in my area next year.
I've also be fiddling with starting my own con, but money is the main issue with that idea. I'm going to join forces with this upcoming con on what I can do and to see if it would work.

yeah, i think some shops near me (in little tokyo) get together and they do a free event where they encourage cosplay and they let a few people set up a swapmeet
Yes it is. A lot of cons are starting to come back. The only one that isn't coming back this year is KNC (but it doesn't seem to be related to funds).

If you want to meet up I'll be at these shoots:
Fri: Fairy Tail, I'll be dressed as Mirajane Sat: Naruto, Dressed as Konan, AM Sat: Yu Yu Hakusho as Genkai, PM Sat: Amino as Genkai, PM
There is a high chance that I'll also be at the Sailor Moon shoot since my roomie is probably going as Sailor Pluto.
