Goku, a boy with a tail was living in the countryside with a 4 star dragon ball to keep him company, whom at first, thought was his grandpa. When a teenaged woman named Bulma tells him about the dragon balls, the two of them go in search of the remaining 4 since Bulma has 2, Goku has 1 and there are 7 in all. Meanwhile, in another part of the world, a villain by the name of Pilaf who wants to rule the world has found 1 of the balls. So 3 left to find. Who will find all 7 first? Pilaf has 2 henchmen Shu and Mai.

Bulma shows Goku a little bit of what its like to live in a civilized society including living in a house, having a bath, and eating properly. Goku still preferred, however, to eat stuff like bugs and wolves. Goku also learns a bit of the biology of a woman's privates compared to a man's. The next morning after sleeping in their house, Goku finds a beached turtle and then offers to help it get to the sea.

After getting the turtle to the sea, the turtle brings Goku and Bulma his master, the turtle hermit Roshi. Roshi gives Goku a golden cloud called the Flying Nimbus, which only the pure of heart can ride. Bulma shows her p***y in order to get the dragon ball not knowing that it was her p***y that she was showing. Meanwhile Pilaf tries to steal Roshi's dragon ball, but ends up sinking to the bottom of the sea when in pursuit of Bulma and Goku.

Goku and Bulma find a village that was being terrorized by a shape shifting pig named oolong. When Goku manages to save the village, he and Bulma receive the 5th ball. The 4th one they got from Roshi. Just two left to find and one of those two is with Pilaf.

Travelling through the desert with no dino caps save for Oolong's one that is useless for travel, Goku and Oolong run into Yamcha who wants to steal whatever Oolong has. Goku tried to defend Oolong, but due to hunger, his strength was waning. Thankfully when Bulma awoke from her nap, she scared Yamcha away. Now the three must continue on their way to fire mountain to reach the ox king for the last dragon ball before facing Pilaf.

Relaxing in a camper for the night, Bulma has a shower and Yamcha has a peek at her naked body. Yamcha planned on stealing the dragon balls after hearing that they can grant a wish. Pilaf's henchmen set a bomb on the camper set to go off at 8 AM, but thanks to a missile launched by Yamcha, the camper was wrecked before the bomb could go off. Goku spars with Yamcha and wins, thus landing our heroes a free car. The bomb does go off with the henchmen in the camper. Now our heroes are back on the road to fire mountain.

Goku, Bulma, and oolong finally reach fire mountain and after a brief, but frightening introduction, Goku was sent on a mission by the Ox King to not only find his daughter Chichi, but to retrieve the Banshao fan from master roshi to put out the flames of fire mountain.

Roshi puts out the flames of fire mountain with his kamehameha wave, but in doing so, he destroys the castle. Bulma finds the dragon ball and after receiving a new car from the ox king because Goku destroyed the old one with his own kamehameha wave, our heroes are on their way to meet with Pilaf for his dragon ball.

Our heroes runs into a gang of no-gooders called the Rabbit gang where their leader can turn anything he touches into a carrot. But, thanks to Goku, the gang was stopped. Now our heroes are once again on their way to meet Pilaf for the last dragon ball.

Our heroes make it to Pilaf's castle, but with less dragon balls than what they started with. Goku still has the 4 star ball, but after leading them through many dark tunnels in the castle, they arrive at a dead end and Pilaf presses a button to trap our heroes.

Pilaf successfully steals the 4 star ball from Goku after using sleeping gas on our heroes. He goes outside to summon the dragon unaware that Oolong and Yamcha's partner Puar is on the way to stop Pilaf's wish.

Oolong saves the day by wishing for the worlds most comfortable underwear. But then, Pilaf traps our heroes in a "toaster" of a room where come morning, they would all bake. When Goku looks at the full moon, he transforms into the Oozaru monkey.

Because his Oozaru form is so large, Goku prevents his friends from being baked. And after a good rampage, not only did Goku destroy Pilaf's castle, but he turned back to normal when Puar cut his tail off. Now Goku is on his way to Master Roshi's for training and the rest of our heroes are going to West City where Bulma lives.

Goku gets some things from his house before setting off for Roshi's. But once at Roshis, he raids the refrigerator before being tasked with finding Roshi a girl. Goku still doesn't know the difference between a beautiful girl and an ugly one so he brings Roshi an ugly one to start. Then Goku brings Roshi a mermaid. Then a boy named Krillin shows up and bribes Roshi to train him who was then tasked with the same quest as Goku. Krillin knows what to look for and so, after failing to ride on the nimbus, Krillin must hold onto Goku in order to help Goku find a woman for Roshi.

Goku and Krillin find a woman being harassed by police officers and they take the woman to Roshi's island where they pass the test. Whenever the girl whose name is Launch sneezes, she has a criminal alter ego who has pulled off a few heists. At least now Launch has her own hideout.
