Vegeta catches up with Krillin, but just before he can make good on his threats of annihilation of our heroes, he senses the Ginyu force and decides to team up with Krillin and Gohan instead. They plan on making a wish to make Vegeta immortal so that he can beat anyone at anytime. The Ginyu force does a silly pose in front of Frieza before they are going to get to work to destroy Vegeta.

The Ginyu force beats our heroes to the dragon balls and has a game to decide who kills who. Guldo is up first. He has the ability to freeze time. Meanwhile, Goku is 10 minutes away from Namek.

Guldo traps Krillin and Gohan within a body bind and was about to use a giant log to spearhead Krillin when Vegeta decapitates Guldo then sends Guldo to hell.

Recoome fights next and although Krillin and Vegeta try their best, they are no match for recoome. Now its up to Gohan to finish the job, the question is, will he be able to do it?

Once Gohan has been rendered unconscious, Goku finally lands on Planet Namek.

Goku uses a senzu bean each on Krillin, Gohan, and Vegeta then he uses a single elbow attack to Recoome's gut and Recoome goes down. Vegeta fears that Goku has become a super saiyan.

Jeice and Burter begin their assault, but because Goku is so fast, they cannot even land a hit. Bulma is fed up with waiting, but unfortunately, she has no choice but to wait.

In fear, Jeice flies back to Frieza's ship to get Captain Ginyu. Burter and Recoome are no more for they have joined Guldo in hell. Frieza is on his way to see Guru to obtain the password to awaken the dragon. Nail is on his way back to Guru's to help defend the old namek. Dende is worried about Guru's safety.

Captain Ginyu and Goku begin their fight, which appears could last a while. Krillin and Gohan are on their way to see Bulma for the radar, but Bulma decides that she wants to cash in on someone's hard work. Dende is considering on helping Krillin and Gohan awaken the dragon.

The fight between Goku and Ginyu continues and Ginyu cannot believe how much power that Goku is packing. Krillin and Gohan discover that Bulma is missing and they fly off to go find her. Meanwhile, Frieza had managed to arrive where Guru is and it is up to Guru and Nail to buy Dende enough time for the pint sized piccolo to give Krillin and Gohan the password.

Gohan and Krillin find Bulma and they get her dragon radar. Meanwhile, Ginyu switches bodies with Goku.

Vegeta arrives at Frieza's ship first and defeats the remaining guards thus allowing Krillin and Gohan who arrive there next to dig up the dragon balls unnoticed. Vegeta watches from behind one of the legs of the ship as Captain Ginyu and Jeice arrive to take on Krillin and Gohan. Goku in Ginyu's body arrives last and he demands that Krillin and Gohan defeat the switched Ginyu.

Vegeta kills Jeice with ease and then he goes after the fake Ginyu not hesitating because he wanted Kakkorot out of the way too. Ginyu plans on getting into Vegeta's body next though.

Thanks to some quick thinking on Goku's part, Goku manages to change Ginyu into a frog. Then, Vegeta gets Goku into the isolation chamber to heal Goku so that Frieza can be dealt with. After getting into the uniform that saiyans wear, Krillin decides to make a quick trip to see Guru about the password while Gohan, Vegeta, and Goku remain behind.

Vegeta decides to take a nap while Krillin, Gohan, and Dende summon Porunga to make their wishes. Meanwhile Frieza realizes that he's been tricked and races to stop our heroes.
