The match between Yuya and Sylvio begins and Sylvio surprises everyone by dressing weird and then uses pendulum summon. It was as if Sylvio was trying to copy Yuya, but failed miserably at it.

Both Yuya and Sylvio dueled their hardest, but Yuya ended up winning with Beast eyes pendulum dragon and gave the crowd a good show.

The next duel was between Shay and Sora. Sora was all about the entertainment, wowing the crowd whereas Shay was more of a wet blanket and being a real downer. The duel seems pretty even though so far.

After scaring the poopies out of everyone, Shay ends up winning the duel with Sora winding up unconscious.

Sora recovers when Yuto shows up at his hospital room and then after a chase to the park, Sora challenges Yuto to a duel offering some sweet rewards should Yuto beat him. Yuya shows up and doesn't like what he's seeing and joins Sora's team and enters the duel.

Before Sora could reveal too much into what was going on, he was transported back to the fusion dimension, which was his home. Yuto explains to Yuya that there are 4 dimensions out there and the fusion one is causing a war between the others thanks to Declan's father Leo Akaba. Then the person who looks like Yuya from the synchro dimension shows up and is challenging Yuto to a duel.

After an intense battle Yuto loses and is sent back to his world, but before doing so, he gives his darkness xyz dragon to Yuya. Yuya collapses and won't wake up.

2 days pass and thanks to Aura, Yuya was able to awaken. Aura lost her duel pretty quickly, but after witnessing the violence of Iggy Arlo and seeing as the first match of the second round of the championship pits Yuya vs Iggy, Yuya is determined to make it an entertaining match, but will that actually be the case?

When Yuya faced Iggy, he was at first normal and wowing the crowd, but due to Iggy's violent nature, it brought out the Yuto within Yuya and the entertainment stopped there. When Yuya won, everyone was shocked at how Yuya behaved.

Zuzu faced off against a pop star, but wowed the crowd more than the pop star did when she won the duel. Meanwhile, an army man faced off against Declan after Sabrina, the look alike of Zuzu from the fusion dimension turned Dipper into a card. The army man lost and now Sabrina must go with Declan for questioning.

After reminiscing about the past with Celina, Declan asks her to help him fight his father, but Celina says no. Meanwhile in the fusion dimension, Sora was about to return to the standard dimension to retrieve Celina with the Obelisk force because Celina is a run away. And the third round of duels is underway, which takes place throughout the entire city.

In the volcano zone, Yuya battles two people who are on the same team as Iggy. They use a warrior-star deck and they use violence to win battles. Yuya still uses his performapal deck, but thankfully someone new has come in to save Yuya's a**. Meanwhile in the winter zone, Two LID students are taking on Zuzu and Gong. One LID student is a Russian female and the other is someone who resembles Aladdin. Aladdin uses a Genie deck and the Russian... well... I am not sure. Gong uses the super heavy samurai deck and Zuzu uses the Melodious deck.

The Russian and Aladdin lose against Zuzu and Gong where Gong takes the card he wagered, but Zuzu keeps the rest since she won the duel. Dennis who intruded on the volcano zone helped Yuya win against Taki and Naga from the banded warrior academy. This time, Yuya kept the crowd entertained. Reed has just met up with Trout and are about to form a partnership. The knights who went up against Shay have lost as well.

Sora returns, but ignores Yuya's pleas for attention and focuses on Shay instead insisting that they have a score to settle. The Obelisk force quickly dispatches the three knights that tried to battle Shay and turns them into cards. Yuya can feel the duelists' pain as they become trapped. Is he about to lose it once more?

The feed for the volcano and the jungle zone is turned off because people from the fusion dimension have invaded. Celina is in the volcano zone and has challenged Dennis. Gong challenged Trout, but because of the 5 cards that Trout wanted there was no way that Gong was going to duel. Celina uses a Lunalight deck. Sora and Shay duel. Sora uses a frightfur and fluffal fusion deck combo. Shay uses a raidraptor deck. Yuya duels the Obelisk force. The obelisk force uses an ancient gear deck. Dennis was defeated and the Obelisk force sets their sights on Celina. Gong and Aura find Yuya dueling the obelisk force on a highway.
