- To sign a summoning jutsu scroll from someone else you must reach "C" ranking in your ninja status.
- You may still be a genin and apply once you have reached C rank in jutsu points.
-You must be at least "C" rank to learn a summoning.
- You may only obtain one summoning scroll, unless you are strictly a summoning specialist
- Please have your summonings make sense, if you aren't going for medical jutsu ** Katsuya wouldn't make sense. (Just an example)
- No custom summonings can be too similar to one another
--- Summonings were unique in canon for the most part, however multiple people may be able to access the scroll in some cases
- If someone has a summoning you want, you may apply if there are slots available for it/contact the creator (of custom) or if they are no longer around and don't responded contact a member of the crew.
-Summoning jutsu begins rank C and can be worked up to Rank S. Higher ranks allow for summoning of more powerful summons. Ex:You cannot have a C rank summoning Frog Jutsu and summon Gamabunta who is S rank.
