Did you know that such a day even existed. I'm not sure I could cut out grain from my life for even a day. It seems to me that so many things that some people are trying to reduce/remove from their diet might not even be achievable.

EDIT: Actually I did know one way and that is called fasting. My doctor has advised me not do this due to the fact that it throws metabolism off, and a host of other things that I do not remember at this moment.
