It was later in the evening when the storm broke and the clouds dispersed, leaving the stars in open view up above. Nadia and Aurelien made their way out from under the cover of the trees. She tossed her long mane, hoping to shake some of the water from it. She found herself once again thinking that would be nice to find a companion with dexterous paws for things like this. But it would dry on it's own at least. Hopefully the one they had met earlier had fared alright. They had been separated by the storm.

"Amelia??" Aurelian called for her, hoping she was still close by. It had been difficult to see anything with how much the rain had been coming down. He shook out his own mane and feathers as he looked for any signs of tracks that weren't theirs. Hopefully she'd made it through alright.
