The Game is played with 3 Teams with pairs of 2 Players on each team as they answer Questions to build up their Sweep Time then they can turn a Supermarket completely inside out as they grab everything they can to fill up as many shopping carts as they can along with collecting Bonuses, allowed one per team. The Team with the Highest Total after the Big Sweep, goes for $5,000 in the Bonus Sweep.

Buzz Lippman: It's been 30 Years but were back in its Original State as it was back in 1990 on Lifetime & 2000 on Pax TV. Today's a special day as we're bringing Supermarket Sweep back to Daytime after it ended in 1994 on Lifetime and 2003 on Pax TV. As we tell our players, "Grab anything you can as it could lead you to $5,000!"
