User Image It had been a long time since he had left the woods, and though Krios welcomed the solitude of living in nature, his supplies were running low. Though he was an experienced hunter, there were just some things that one couldn't find or build easily just from raw materials. Carefully, he'd selected the highest quality hides he'd obtained from hunting, slung them over his withers so they wouldn't fall and steadily made his way towards one of the more bustling towns nearby. Deer hides could always be made into clothes, blankets rugs... or even as a way to keep drafts out of houses. Softer pelts, like rabbit and mink, could also be used for clothing, and he had a variety of beautiful feathers to be woven into accessories or used on their own.

Despite the pelts he was bringing in, Krios was always very careful with his hunting. He did his best to utilize each part of the animal, often trading the meat to others, and his kills were quick, neat, and efficient. He would not have it be said that he was wasteful or cruel.

The sounds of other centaurs grew more and more audible as he approached the town, noting how much larger it seemed to be getting each time he visited. It might even become a small city, in time! The large male delicately wove his way through the streets, lifting his hand in a wave when others called out greetings. He was hoping to find some new, iron arrowheads for his bow, new parts for his traps, and some good quantities of salt. With luck, other people would be more than willing to trade with him, and if not... well, he'd prepared himself for lingering in the town for a while, if necessary.
