Cosplay Permission & Reservation
If you would like to obtain a cosplay you first need to get permission. Here is the place to do it!
Make sure you read the rules and post your form. Staff will quote you with approval if your cosplay is approved.
What is a Cosplays Faekat?:
The main thing you need to realize about a cosplay Faekat is that they are, well, a cosplay.
Every aspect to them must be adapted to a costume. If they have wings on the character, they can only have wings on the Faekat if it's natural to that lineart. Otherwise, wings have to be left off or made to look like a prop or accessory.
If your Cosplay Character intends on having the special powers of the actual character it’s based on this may affect the race of the Kat and needs special approval from Management for a race change from the standard Cosplay race.
If you want to mix a cosplay up with a rarer race, that is fine but their edits must FIT that rarer race. For example, if a character has demon horns, then it makes sense for it to be a cosplay demon.
Rules
• First come First serve.
• No sniping Cosplay's from under anyone.
• Make sure you check the cosplay list and approved/claimed section below to make sure your cosplay is available.
• You can only have three approved concepts but they cannot all be from the same series/book/video game/etc. So you can’t have three characters from Buffy the Vampire Slayer claimed at once. If you have Buffy that’s the only character you can claim from that show until she is made. Make sense?
• You should actively be trying for your concepts. Don't sit on them and not try to get them for months and months. After six months of inactivity/lack of trying (by not posting them anywhere) your concept claim becomes void.
• Once you obtain your cosplay please quote your granted permission post and let us know it is done. Once it's done you can ask for a new permission for another Cosplay.
How come I can only have three approvals at a time but so and so has ten!
Many people were had Cosplays that were owed from the offsite or previous events/RLC payments/etc. and people are reclaiming what they were owed. So you may see someone have more than three claimed concepts at a time. That doesn't mean someone is cheating the system.
