Ryuken Hoshigaki opened this establishment in Amegakure. It provides both spirits and tavern meals as well as inexpensive lodging. Unlike many locations in Amegakure Ryuken has allowed all walks of life free entry. It has been hailed as place that many people go to in order to escape the misery of the perpetual rain and the eternal despair the grid and KASA seem to impose. Ryuken does obey all of the Amegakure laws and if any suspicious individual enters, he allows KASA to do as they need to do without interference.
