The In-Between is a Neutral Territory for all Deities. A place for enemies, or those who need a safe spot away from the other territories, to meet and hold council with one another.
It is strictly forbidden to start fights or incite violence in this plane, magical or otherwise, and the realm makes all altercations impossible.
Mortals who are able to wield powerful magic will be able to reach this Realm and regular mortals may also be allowed access with the help of the Deities.
