well leave it to your imagination which guild in the past tried this (no advertising anything not iv related guild wise that is)
and gaia does this weekly, for a while it was called ask the guild admins in a guild I'm in but this died off about 3 years ago there, people would log on to ask us what new features were coming or to report issues or other things but then it died off like i said
ask the staff is weekly on gaia

so the feedback is this - maybe you could start an ask the guild leaders or whatever you wanted to call it, provided this hasn't been done before
or maybe its being done on another platform and I'm just not aware of it
but either way an ask the guild leaders would be something that may help to help people do better in here or be more active in here
