Milan Wellbelove - OWL Exams


xxxxx⇾Astronomy ~ {O}
Surprisingly, Milan discovered he quite liked Astronomy. A quiet class, later at night, usually with soothing music playing made for perfect vibes. He learned a lot about the stars and planets, happily marking them down in his nice art book. He also incorporated a lot into his art.

xxxxx⇾Charms ~ {O}
Charms became a class that Milan realized an innate skill in. A lot of the spells became helpful in his work, giving him more reason to practice for the class.

xxxxx⇾Defence Against the Dark Arts ~ {A}
For some reason, Milan found himself struggling with defensive magic. He practiced a lot, but he still only barely managed to squeak out a pass for the class.

xxxxx⇾Herbology ~ {A}
Milan has never been good with plants, nor has he ever cared to get better. If it weren’t for his stubborn desire to be successful, he would have allowed himself to fail. But, he managed to pass out of sheer willpower.

xxxxx⇾History of Magic ~ {A}
Despite liking the class well enough, Milan’s inability to remember names or dates made History lessons nigh impossible. He struggled through the essays and exams, barely managing to finish in the green.

xxxxx⇾Potions ~ {O}
Weirdly, Milan proved his skill with potions pretty early on. He never really liked cooking or anything else, but he figured that if he could get the recipes just right, he could perfect the potions. He managed to hone his skill, getting better at the craft.

xxxxx⇾Transfiguration ~ {O}
Despite relying on his creative side more often, Milan is really good at math. Something about the mathematical formulas just made sense, and he was able to do really well on the exam.

Even though he seldom shares his work, Milan has always been good at art. He prefers to work with pencil, though he’s gotten some practice with other mediums throughout the class. It wasn’t too terribly difficult to ace the class with the skills he’d developed in practicing.

xxxxx⇾Cursebreaking ~ {EE}
While Milan likes Cursebreaking a lot, it wasn’t the highest on his list of priorities. He did study pretty hard for the class, but he wasn’t perfect.

xxxxx⇾Healing Class ~ {EE}
Milan enjoyed healing, though he rather detested working with others. So while he was pretty good with the actual skills required, his bedside manner left something to be desired.

xxxxx⇾Muggle Studies ~ {O}
Even though he didn’t take the class, Milan was raised muggle. He sat the exam simply to round out his class list, and passed with ease.

xxxxx⇾Study of Ancient Runes ~ {O}
Runes turned out to be a pretty fun class, and Milan enjoyed working with the various linguistics. He studied hard and rather effortlessly passed.

xxxxx⇾Wandlore Studies ~ {O}
When it came to wandlore, Milan started the class out of sheer curiosity. Turns out, it was pretty interesting. He learned all about the wands of himself and his sisters, plus how to tell more of others.

xxxxx⇾Wizard Law ~ {O}
Milan is a pretty good debater, using words and logic to convince people of whatever it was he needed them to believe. He learned the skill from his mom, and the class helped hone his abilities.

xxxxx⇾Astronomy ~ {O}
Despite not originally being terribly fascinated, Milan grew to quite enjoy the study, as well as the calm environment Professor Clarke provided.

xxxxx⇾Charms ~ {O}
Charms was infinitely helpful in Milan’s life, so he made sure to study up, even though it seemed like the study came quite naturally to him.

xxxxx⇾Potions ~ {EE}
Potions had quite a bit of practical application for Milan, yet it wasn’t his favorite thing. He did keep up on his studies, and he passed with a respectable grade.

xxxxx⇾Transfiguration ~ {EE}
Transfiguration always seemed something of a puzzle to Milan. The more he learned, the more slightly confusing it became. Eventually, he seemed to have it figured out, and got a decent grade on his exam.

Milan was born and raised to be an artist. His preferred medium is simply pencil, colored or plain graphite. His detail oriented nature forces him to correct mistakes, no matter how many times it takes.

xxxxx⇾Cursebreaking ~ {A}
Cursebreaking had been fun the first go round, but they really ramped up the challenge for the NEWT level. While Milan normally enjoyed the challenge, he had other classes he preferred to focus on. While he did pass, it wasn’t with top marks.

xxxxx⇾Healing Class ~ {O}
Spending weeks at a time in the hospital wing proved quite helpful with his studies. Plus he made friends (sorta) with Healer Kavanagh, who showed him tricks only someone in healing for years might know. He showed his skills on the exam and passed with flying colors.... Then he got a high five from Marni, of course.

xxxxx⇾Muggle Studies ~ {O}
Despite not sitting the class, Milan had been raised largely muggle. He wanted to pad out his resume wherever possible, so he sat the exam at both OWL and NEWT level. Neither were particularly difficult, so he effortlessly passed the exam.

xxxxx⇾Study of Ancient Runes ~ {O}
Ancient Runes was fascinating, and Milan had a lot of fun deciphering the cryptic languages presented. He learned a lot, and the puzzling nature of language kept him focused. He studied a lot because the class was interesting, and the exam let him show his skill.

xxxxx⇾Wandlore Studies ~ {EE}
While Milan found Wandlore quite interesting, he knew he wasn’t planning on being a wandmaker. He studied the class when he had spare time (aka was in the hospital wing and bored), but he didn’t put any real dedication. Despite that, his studies in the first few years buoyed him and he passed with decent marks.

xxxxx⇾Wizard Law ~ {O}
No matter how much he tried to re-shape his personality, Milan is a skilled arguer... er... debater. He put effort into each argument presented, and had a pretty successful chance of winning due to how much research he pushed into his arguments. When it came time for the exam, he did the same, winning the case and passing the class with top marks.
