Power Level/Strength List
Kats are listed from highest to lowest strength (magical and physical).
Anything with a matching mark has either equal or comparable power. If they have comparable power it is a 50/50 chance on either parent's race being passed on to children if they are allowed to breed (unless another breeding rule overrides strength rules).
No matter the Race, offspring will always come out as the lower-strength race unless a specific Racial rule contradicts this.
