This is a in-canon story posting for Kibs Rpc, Hisami Ichinomiya and future RPC Kira Satsujin. It involves two Blood Murderers falling in love, on the run from the Zaishin forces, and the true meaning of what it takes to be villains in a land of heroes

After from a distance, the mountain with the palace stands very tall, but still so very close due to its mass. Hisami would look back with her armored stored and her Reiken no Michi Nodachi over her shoulder. It continues to bleed and sunder its odor of slaughter upon the ground. It almost seems the ground screams red rum as the taint of her grin shines. Her pony tails sway left and right in like a happy cheery way, like some kind of war banner. The kind of war banner that someone could think she's happy skipping through like some girl who found a relationship. That isn't the truth neither would they even get a glimpse. Guts and entrails could be the lining of their death's frame while their face is just in straight horror.

Framed up as if part of a trophy wall, the wall of a murderous termagant, not afraid to make a kebab out of a bloodied victim. Almost sounds very cabalistic, she is like a vampire after all, even the memories of the ritualized oracle is so pleasing. She still had the vicious, and gawking look, she could of called Hisami a adulterated snide. Pfft, as if Hisami would stand around long to laugh herself silly at a fragile attempt of hurting her feelings. She could of stubbed her foot and oracle would feel it as if she did it to herself on purpose. How many lamebrains does it take to realize you can't hurt a introvert who cares nothing more then to slaughter? Too many to count because too many think they can give a sense of variance for Hisami to consider.

The days of variance has been over since the day her father died and peace has became some kind of catch phrase. What a bore of society, one that wants peace but yet the thrive of murder should become the new quantum. So shifted, so edged, and creates new attitudes of hostility for Hisami to sit back, eat popcorn, while the masses rise up fist about killing a vampire dog like her. Some don't have the balls to call her the "proper" word, too many children and wussies to say it for what it is.

A full day would pass afterthe incident with the palace and the massacre that happened their. only one day and chaos had sprung from it. The Sacred palace had been moved to the top of a nearby mountain, the shogun was furious, and Kira was left to bare the brunt of it all. Kira Satsujin, a man known by those in the academy as the 'devils dragon' due to his cruel ways of dealing with opponents, crueler methods of capturing felons, and unique appearance that reminding most of either a Tatsuo or Kervantes monster, the closest thing to a "dragon" in this world, and finally the unique fact that he had managed to find a egg of one of those foul beasts helped solidfy his nickname.

As Kira was given the briefing on what must be done a unique report from the shogun's advisor, a far more sensible woman named, Samatha Uchiha, someone he only knew of thanks to the Shogun's position and his half brothers clan ties, the report was why he decided to take the job the most. In the report the woman who had been reported missing from her post described the one that was seen leaving the palace where it was now. A woman of tall stature, athletic build, and had a even more bloodthirsty reputation than his own Kira could only hope so. Meanwhile Kira was set up with a tracking unit made up of noble samurai's with particular skills in tracking like himself. In this Kira was grateful, it meant they would find her faster than he could say 'Cannon Fodder'. When they mission briefing was finished and he met his 'Squadmates' of no less than 11 other people Kira looked to them and said, "Alright you mutts listen up. Do to the mystery of our target she is to be considered armed, extremely dangerous, cunning, and has a wicked sense of 'vile humor' So i wouldnt be surprised if this person likes to toy around with her victims. I want you all to stay back, follow my orders and if I dont make it back in a set time when said so assume im either dead, captured, or something worst... That is all lets go!" With that the team headed out.

~A few hours into the pursuit~

Kira at the head of his 'pack' would catch a smell that seemed menacing and off putting... to some others. To him the smell was nostalgic in a way, the smell of blood that reminded him of his childhood. OF when and the girl he liked would play with knives in a throwing game. In the end he had to move to his fathers house after his mother cruelly casted him away after telling him he was a wicked child and should never have been born. With that Kira was kicked, beaten, and crueally tortured into the unfeeling, emotionless and cold killer he was today. he could only faintly remember the happiness he had playing knives with that girl, oh if only he could remember her name it would make tracking her easier! For now he had to track the woman he was currently after. After pausing in the tree's and giving a signal to his squad he gave one of them hand signals to understand to stay put and follow his lead when he confronted the person below.

While they where hesitant they nodded. Kira put on his heavy helm and oni mask and after getting ahead of the woman who was merely walking by with the scent of blood on her Kira stopped her his hands giving out a halt expression as he proceeded to say, "Halt!.. I am with the Zaishin government. Recently one of our temples was pillaged and ransacked by a unknown female intruder. We have been ordered to detain and question all travelers on the roads. I must ask you to turn over your bag and show us what you are carrying if you refuse, I may have to force your cooperation and you may end up with more cuts than its worth and more blood outside your body instead of within it" Kira would then lay his hand on the grip of his katana as a way to signal the others other traveled down and drew their blades in response their blades already drawn ready for a fight, "So will you come quietly? if not I will have no choice but to split you apart piece by piece then... it'll be easier to drag you back if i dont have to worry about you running so i guess i'll only take your legs... Will you surrender and come quietly?" With that Kira waited for the strange womans response. However he felt a familiar presence about the girl, the way her eyes shined, the smell of blood on her, the way her hair moved in the wind. He didnt know if it was who he thought it was but he felt like he couldn't shake the feeling he knew her from somewhere long ago and far away.

"Zaishin government you say? I don't know about you, but i don't recall seeing you in the previous conflict. Even if i am wrong on that accord, i don't exactly have time." Hisami slam the whole length of her spiritual nodachi casting the technique Earth Corridor, forming a hallway trapping Kira and his squad together. However even with that, and how much Hisami wants to put them in high threat, doing so would end the interest too soon. "If you can manage to break this corridor, then perhaps you would keen my interest in you much further. If not, then my suspicions by your appearance may be correct, that you aren't worth my time at the moment. Killing you guys off would be like swatting a fly but then again what's the fun in doing that? May as well let you live longer and entice you all to come after me." Once she was done, she would body flicker further away, vanishing from sight and area too.

She would not be too far away, but still close to eagerly listen if they are up to something, of how to break the earth created hallway. Its like a game of cat and mice, the cat in this instance would be Hisami and they are like mice, trapped with nowhere to go. Though as Hisami goes further into the forest, the corridor naturally breaks down to the fact that Hisami being near by with her chakra in hand is what keeps it up. She could hear it about thirty feet away, the sound of collapsing rock, and the sounds of her own private playgoers. Kira certainly interested her though, the way he came at her, he could be a vicious one or someone she felt familiar with. Though without testing his ability or the fiasco behind the mien like encounter, killing them would be way too easy.

Entertainment is another thing that can be so trivial but so enticing for the allowance of it being enacted. Its like watching a play, the show time of the moviegoers and their intentions of reaching such a bad women like her. I mean what is this, a crime TV show of looking and searching every possible scandalous individuals that could be a waste of time? Or is there more to this, like the lacking of actually giving a hoot about a temple being lifted into high heavens? She doesn't expect this group to actually slack off but actually provide her meaningful pursuit and humorous chances of horsing around. Its only the first part of her games either way, like a mother fox taking her time with her small prey.

Kira would growl as the enemy had countered much faster than he would have previously thought would happen. As She basically told them that her interest would only be kept up if they manage to break the corridor and then vanishing pissed Kira off. Although most of his emotions where gone the most negative ones remained. Anger, bloodlust, annoyance. These where the emotions his father tried to beat out of him but had no luck instead doing the opposite of what he tried to accomplish. Kira would look around before looking to his 'comrades' before deciding on the best course of action: Leaving them to die in the earth here to complete their stupid suicide mission. Kira would turn his back on them and while one of them shouted on what he was doing Kira managed to body flisker towards the end of the corridor and did his best to ram through the corridors end. It took several tries but Kira wouldnt have been able to do it on his own ahad it not been for the feeling that the chakra was fading away.

With a final collision Kira escaped the Corridor leaving a collapsing corridor of earth behind that fell down upon his squadmates who screamed bloody murder atthe rocks falling on them. Kira sighed as he said, "Sorry you mutts...but I have a MIssion to complete" With that Kira would body flicker to catch up to the strange woman taking in mind that it would taking several minutes and several body flickers to catch up to her. When He did Kira didnt hesitate and tried aiming for the girls head with the edge of his Katana drawing it out in a batoujutsu fashion, the basic quick draw of the samurai's arsenal. He hoped that the speed of his body flicker and the hopeful prize of her not expecting Kira to make it out alive would catch the girl off guard and make a devastating cut on her head. Kira's bloodlust was now screaming out loud like when he had played games with the girl from his childhood but it was more sharpened and focused at this point, it would leave most others afraid if they where to encounter him though Kira suspected it probably wouldnt faze this girl he still couldnt control his bloodlust any longer

BAM, sounds like the earth was shattered and someone was bolting towards her direction. Its like in Hisami's mind, they had something stuffed up the pie hole and couldn't help but chase her down. Maybe they needed to get unplugged or worse, need more stuffing from her precious time and attention. Turns out, the same man, coming to her once more with a blade greeting her, attempting to bisect her chrome dome. The very dome that loves to wield her mobility like suit, one that can easily stench of blood. What is he looking for in the engagement of conflict? A nice lagniappe to add to his bucket list of nonsense in engaging with her? Either way, the blade wouldn't touch her head but in showing he isn't going to be able to keep her interest long, she returns back a technique to him. She uses her blade to touch the ground in a very slight way activating the technique known as Earth Barrier Raging Wave. It weakens the ground around him, making it unstable into a watery form.

By doing so, she would quickly sweep her leg from underneath him, with the slush like earth splatting. She would lean over him, grabbing him by the collar of his armor "I don't know what your deal is, but what i do know, i told you that interest holding with me isn't going to be possible." She would put oomph into her strength, tossing Kira away from her, with her blade pointed at him. "With the way you are, this wouldn't even last for a few minutes, not enough time to keep me occupied with your stubbornness. Pick yourself up and reconsider." Her eyes would glare like ice, she's rather annoyed, his chakra levels haven't even changed. Not in the slightest, so this guy must of chased her down AGAIN. She would sigh reaching up with her left hand rubbing her brows. Is it going to be a headache from this point on or will the guy get the point? Its not even a warm up or a consultation.

Is the word blockhead the perfect way to describe him? Or is there a much better word like dunderhead for him? Either way, they are both unique ways of referring a fool like this one, she thought the Earth Corridor would of at least let him know her power is beyond him. "Why are you so persistent in coming after me huh? Something to prove or are you just so dense that your chakra levels of a weakling aren't recognized by you alone? Answer me." The way she said answer me, it came from a place of despotism or place of a Tyrant. She always exercised and expect her absolute authority to be recognized and listen to without fail.

When the girl mentioned the 'Training' she had put him through his eyes widened so much it was as though they would come out of his head.

His heart seemed to flutter a bit as she asked him how he was doing after all these years apart. Kira couldnt help but give a small chuckle , how could he explain the hell he went through after being forced to move away from her? Kira merely said, "Ive been through almost hell and back to try and find you... They tried to beat the memory of you out of me to try and make me a 'decent' child but it didnt work.. mostly. What they beat out of me was your name so I could never remember what name to look up but I would say I can still recognize the way you looked back then...Tracking you down became my number one goal didnt care who got in my way" Kira would look up to her for a moment not in tears but had a smile on his face as though the reunion between them sparked some emotions to resurface finally before his demeanor trained back to its usual form.

Kira would take a sip of the wine she would offer and smiled at the aroma. When he tasted the wine it felt glorious, whether it was because of the blood in it or because of the moment being shared between him and Hisami had made it smooth and refreshing. Its very funny to her that someone as hopeless as Kira would forget such important thing, the name of his teacher. The very women that taught him to express his blood thirst and let it become a very powerful weapon against things of the world. Slaughtering had always been Hisami's answer to her problems, even when it makes her a brute. Though being such a brute is so much fun, but back to the celebration at hand.

"So you joined a tracking unit to find me and me alone huh? Goodness, i should of known you would do something like that." She would have a laugh about it, another point that rather fits with Kira being hopeless and helpless with her in his thoughts. He could almost like bend at knees if she just kept flirting him down. "Were you that helpless without me that you have to do something so desperate to find me?" She would brush her fingernails up and down his right arm, just sending the tease vibes into his nerves.

Its like her fingers just trace along the muscles in Kira's arms, sometimes the index finger would circle around on Kira's shoulder blade. She would then pull away and be like "How could i possibly guess the child i trained would feel so helpless and chase me down?" She would say so flirty and teasing too, too much fun for her. To see Kira blush up a storm, is something so worth bring out of him.

Locked elemental affinities can be unlocked through methods such as ninjutsu class or personal attributes. Elemental affinity personal attributes are automatically allotted to locked affinities. Jiongu users do not have access to Dual Ancestry nor can they be chosen as a secondary bloodline. If you use multiple techniques from both of your bloodlines in the same post without Korabo then those techniques are increased in effectiveness by one rank. Second Class: Bukijutsu
▱▰▱ {Mystic Hero} → {The user has become adept at blending their ninjutsu and bukijutsu. The user is able to cast ninjutsu from their weapon without the use of hand signs by making any flourish or deliberate movement to cast the technique in the direction the weapon is commanded. This requires the same amount of time as the forming of hand signs to cast ninjutsu. They are also able to Korabo 1 ninjutsu and 1 bukijutsu together with varying cool downs for a single action.

▱▰▱ Heavyweight Athlete | The clan member is granted an extra style of their choosing at D Rank, B Rank and S Rank while gaining an additional 150 stamina upon creation.
▱▰▱ Ravenous Eater | The user now gains both stamina and chakra when using the clan's ability to eat and regain resources. In addition, resources regained are increased to one rank above the user's body rank.
▱▰▱ Chakra Control | The user has learned to utilize their finite chakra control to reduce the upkeep cost of techniques by one rank and techniques with a post limitation are increased by one.

Ketsueki Clan Traits
▱▰▱ Crimson Swordsman | The clansman is adept at using bladed weapons and excels at slashing foes asunder. Injuries sustained by bladed weapons of the user bleed for an additional post per body rank of the user and reduce an additional five stamina per body rank of the user. Blood produced in this manner when viewed causes tier-one mental stress for three posts unless a D-Rank kai is used.
▱▰▱ Blood Magic | The user's ninjutsu are able to be converted into blood that assumes the same size and shape as the ninjutsu used to create it. If the ninjutsu had an effect such as burning, burns, paralysis, etc, that effect is still in effect as the blood acts in a similar fashion to the original technique. After being cast, this blood remains active upon the battlefield. In addition, the sight of blood in such masses causes tiered mental stress based on technique rank for three posts unless kai is used. Additionally, the user's blood pool is increased by 10 per body rank, allowing them to utilize their stored blood more efficiently.
▱▰▱ Corrupted Life-force | The user's blood has been tainted by the clan's cursed lineage. Their blood has a diseased nature, applying tiered disease upon entering the target's system depending on the user's body rank. A ranked amount of chakra can be applied to the user's blood to make it acidic and cause an equal amount of damage depending on the amount of chakra applied.
