The shadows of the forest were doing a good job of keeping her cool. Her black color made it hard for her to enjoy nice warm days. She loved the warmth of the sun but it over heated her so quickly. She looked up at the sky through the branches stretched above her. She let out a sad sigh as she continued to walk. She could rest under a nice shade tree but she was feeling energetic. What good would it do to just sit in the shade? Her ears perked up as she heard a strange noise coming from in front of her. She squinted her eyes to try and see if there was potential danger. She halted in her steps and got ready to run for it if needed. The noises grew in volume and she became curious. She slowly took a few more steps to the source of the sound. There was a section of large rocks ahead of her to the left. Her eyes carefully scanned the area around her for any tracks that could belong to shifters. The tension eased a bit when she didn't spot any in the immediate area. This just made her all the more curious as to what could be making the sounds. She continued cautiously to approach the sounds coming from the rocks. Her eyes went wide with shock when she discovered it was a stallion that was covered in blood. She blinked slowly as she stopped a few feet from him. She could tell he was supposed to be white in color but was red with shades of pink darkening his body. It was stupid to ask if he was okay because it was clear that he wasn't. She opened her mouth to speak but quickly shut it. What was she supposed to do? She looked around her to see if there was anything else she needed to know about. It seemed to just be him that was there. "How bad is it?" She didn't know the appropriate thing to do in the situation but she could try and be helpful. As she waited for his answer, she tried to think of a way to get water to him. She needed to be able to see the damage and that was only going to happen if she rinsed away the colors.
