You can find it at mangahelpers.com and groups.msn.com/NarutoMangaReturns ... but they're both RAWs. I don't think it has been translated yet.

the amnga helpers one ahs translations written in script style that require 2 windows open. 1 for the raw and the other for the translation. i just finished it up. pretty uneventful. kinda slow.
