i am sure it will happen eventually. though probably not until the end of naruto. Unless they decide to kill him off, at which point, it will get shown then but he will be burried with it on. cause he is just cool like that. and this post is full of incomplete sentances (DIE GRAMAR POLICE!! there was an episode wehre the team tried to find out what was under his mask and they came up with a efw weird possibilities, you proabbly saw one of those. there have been no official pictures of what he looks liek with out the mask.

If he ever did have big lips, you could see those big lumps under his mask xd but I wounder why he never takes it off confused ...
you do know that more often then not people under masks are 1. ba scared or 2. so hot that the have to hid it from the world . i think kakashi is under both. scared from the shaingon (sp i know) eye, and really hot.
