I know that Joe and Pete "backsing" for Patrick. I'm listening to "Take This To Your Grave" and I notice that Pat always has an echo? Is that his actual echo or is it Pete? Because it's like PERFECTLY matched with him!!
Also, it seems like Joe doesn't sing that much. But there are random screams in a lot of the songs...is that Joe or Pete?
And for heaven's sake, does Awesome Andy sing anything at all? I know drummers don't ussually but sometimes they do! And I love his high-pitched voice... sweatdrop

I'm not really sure if all the echos are Patrick or Pete Or even Joe. The screams are Pete Patrick most of the time. I have never really heard Joe sing by him self. a shame. A friggin shame I tell you!

Patrick sings everything on the albums. Pete screams everything. Joe and Pete back live. Andy just plays the drums.

And I love his high-pitched voice... sweatdrop i think the echo is put in with technology. it's on other albums (though i'm not sure it's on any of their other albums). like, they pre record it and add it in later or something. it sounds exactly like patrick so i'm pretty sure it's none of the other band members, but it's kind of hard to hear because it's kind of quiet, so it might be the other band members.

yea i think some of it is just the technology but in Evening Out With Your Girlfriend you can hear a little tiny bit of a difference in the voices and you can tell that it is Pete singing in the back a little bit. It still sounds exactly like Patrick but you can tell it is a different person so i am guessing it is Pete cause you really don't hear Andy or Joe sing very often.

It still sounds exactly like Patrick but you can tell it is a different person so i am guessing it is Pete cause you really don't hear Andy or Joe sing very often. i love that! i FINIALLY got thta album todayXD<3<3<3 i'm never gonna turn it offXDXDXD

Raven_Heart I'm not really sure if all the echos are Patrick or Pete Or even Joe. The screams are Pete Patrick most of the time. I have never really heard Joe sing by him self. a shame. A friggin shame I tell you! I've Heard Joe sing he's pretty good. Joe's just plain awesome!

I realized that Joe is a better screamo than Pete.
Because at the end of a couple of songs from the Cork, they scream to each other and Joe sounds so smex.

I love the screaming... But I only hear it the most on "Take this to your Grave" I don't know who does it, but probably either Patrick, Pete, or Joe. (Duh...)

I think they just layer up Patrick's vocals. It certainly sounds like it particularly on "Take This to Your Grave". Don't they get people occasionaly to do guest backing vocals?
