I posted about this in the subbed forum, but i thought that you guys who only read the main forums would want it too.
The Naruto 2nd Movie is subbed and readdy to torrent at Dattebayo. The dub is quite good as much of [DB]'s work usually is. They also have it in French and in Hebrew. They may also later do a few other languages.
The movie runs 1:36:33 and took me 2:37:12 to d/l it, though when i started there were not very many seeds. I would imagine that by Friday, it should be able to be finished downloading in under 2 hours, possibly much less.

So anyways, I give it an 8/10. I don't think it was as good as the first one... Though it did have some kick a** people in it.
I was very pleased what they did with Gaara's sand. :]
However... I don't know. It got VERY DragonBall Z towards the end there.
SPOILER: LETS SUMMON A BLACK HOLE!! END SPOILER.
That was the gayest part EVER. My god.
But hah! Team 10 and the Sand cell touched the big screen! heart
(Touched, mind you. Chouji, Ino, and Temari aren't in it. gonk )
I'd give it a 9/10 but I didn't get to watch it all the way through.
I had to keep pausing it and it took about 5 hours to watch. sweatdrop
So I didn't get the entire... FEEL for it.
Though I laughed my a** off because Gaara pulls, "I'm the best b***h in the universe" and Shikamaru pulls, "I HAVE A MILLION TRICKS LOL" rofl
OH. AND NARUTO FANS WILL BE VERY PLEASED.
He makes the FUNNIEST faces in this movie.
Most of them do, but NARUTO... XD
He's all snarlin' and his teeth are all big it's so great.
Edit: Yes, I downloaded it, but only because I'm buying it Saturday.
I have everything planned. Kukuku. Uhh... Yes. <3
It took me 7 hours to download. I'm not sure if it was Dattebayo or not, though. u_u;
I WANT THE DAMN DVD SO I CAN TAKE SCREENSHOTS! XD
AND BETTER QUALITY SOUND AND VIDEO! XO <3

It is already, "proper" to buy it here. It's just not in English.
Official, liscened import shops sell Naruto s**t all the time.
And it's not the money. It's his art and his ideas.
I would be offened if my stories and ideas were being stolen worldwide.
I don't buy it because Kishimoto gets money. It's a sign of respect among artists and fans.

Must we really argue? People are going to do what they want. If you don't like it, I don't think this is the proper place to bring out your disagreements. Many people download illegaly, it's a very common thing, and many people advertise it. You just have to hope those people buy it later.

My point: it is your choice to download it. if you choose to do so, i advise that you do so at the site i posted for it is a good subbed version of it. If you do not, then please post here to discuss the movie, not why or why not you would download it. Save that discussion of off-topic forums, or forums related to the downloading or pirating of anime and/or movies.
On topic, I like the movie very much, even though it really is more like an hour and a half long filler, with its own opening and closing sequences. I wonder if they will make a movie that is not a filler? maybe a while down the line there will be a very short flash back saga like they did iwth kakashi gaiden that they will put into a movie as opposed to adding to the episodes of the show. I would also like to see a spin-off movie. Like a movie where the central character is some one of the Naruto universe, but is not naruto. Like a movie about how, say, Choji, Ino, Hinata, Kiba, and all the others got to be Chunin, or maybe even flashbacks to some of the ninja's parents and thier humble beginings. I dunno, just ideas.

Generally, all movies are fillers. The third is a filler, too.
If it wasn't a filler it wouldn't be in order.
The non-filler wouldn't have an episode number; therefore a gap in the episodes.
