He's American.
His ethnicity is up for debate.
Edit: I thought he had some black and German in him too. And isn't one of his parents Hawaiian (which is close enough to Polynesian) and oh god, I know too ******** much about Peter Wentz. *seppuku*

Oui, I think his mother is Hawaiian or something to that extent. She's shown for like a split second in the Hollister special. And his dad is German since Wentz is a German name from what I know.
When people are mixed ethnicities like that they have a really exotic appearance. 3nodding
