eh, from what i can tell it doesn't have that many powerful shinobi.....but it's a pretty village blaugh

No, they are not very powerful... and they have no real leader either. They rely on the water for strength.

That's why they ish weak. But well no one really knows how to get there much either, so they're not in any big danger or anything.

I don't recall ever seeing the village in the actual anime or manga, but.. I haven't been keeping up with the fillers, and I skipped over some manga chapters between Kakashi Gaiden and Chapter 290.

You get a really good look at it in the second Naruto OVA, though. It is very pretty. *.*

It's still the anime.
It's in the special set including it, the Crimson Clover, and the other episode I haven't seen yet.
