Meshing help for a total n00b?

I want to start making custom objects and clothes and the like, bur as I was looking through the tutorials and the like, I had absolutely no clue what I needed to do.
Anyone need a pet project, namely me?
I know you need SimPE. I don't have that or a link for that, I know you need a 3d graphic program. I seen several outthere. But I don't now what hte sytem requierments are and I need a free one that won't fry my comp. and instructions on how to use them. recolors and the like Ialready know how to do, I've done them before.

To get SimPE, just google it, its one of the first to come up.

okay- I think you only need simPE for the objects, but I'm totally stumped when it comes to meshing hair and clothes and stuff like that neutral

depends on the quality you're striving for...
i mean, you can make subpar recolours of already made clothes in body shoppe...
but simPE is the object stuff
