After downloading stuff for sims 2, where do you put it?

I just have it on my desktop and I don't know what to do with all the downloaded stuff to make it work.

They make it very simple on what to do.

I know how to do it, but it's hard for me to explain.

Simple. Go here to download WinRar ( It's a managing tool, like WinZip) Click me.

When you fully download it, whenever you download something(for your game), highlight the downloaded file, and click "Extract files..." Then go into your EA Games, Sims2 folder, downloads (Make sure downloads is highlighted) and then click okay. If a box comes up that says "the fallowing already exists" just click Yes To All. Then you're done. biggrin

Just make sure that your sims disk isnt in the computer while you do this.
