1. When your neighbors come to your home for a neighborly greeting, just go to buy mode and buy a Hot Tub and get everyone in. Before you know it your relationships with everyone will go sky high.

2. If you want for your baby sim to grow up faster, then go to the aspiration awards and get the HomoGenius Smart Milk and your baby sim will be growing up in no time. Aspiration cost: 7,500

3. If your sim has the baby aspiration it may take you time to fufill there aspiration goals. So go to your aspiration awards and get the very last item the Elixir of Life to make your sim younger. Aspiration cost: 30,580
Note: This aspiration award can either make your sim younger or older, and once you get to a certain age you can't go back.

4. When you want to turn your sims into Zombies, you have to first make sure there dead, then when the Grim Reaper comes you have to beg and win him over.

5. To make your buisness successfull you should get all of your charisma and creativity points to 10, then that way when you try to sell an item they can't refuse.

Ok, do you mean, grow up the BABY faster? Or grow up the toddler faster, because I don't see how it could affect the baby at all. And it doesn't help age the toddler at all, just makes it learn those skills faster.

Well, of course they have to be dead, but begging the grim reaper will bring them back to life. If you want a zombie, you need to have a sim far in the paranormal career. One of their job rewards is a phone line to the grim reaper. You call him, and pay as much as you can. Depending on the amount you pay, your sim MIGHT come back a zombie.

begging actually have random chances of getting zombies. but it's a pretty slim chance tho.

to be sure, just spend less money with the paranormal objects reward. that should do the trick smile .

This only affects their ability to learn skills, it in no way makes them grow up faster. It makes potty training and learning to walk much easier and faster though.

Actually, it takes less time to fill a child or toddler's aspiration meter than it does an adult. That's because the maximum number of points to get before achieving platinum status for these ages are lower than adult sims.

And last I checked, kids couldn't use the Elixer of Life...

They can refuse whether you have 0 or 10 charisma or creativity points. What really matters as far as making a sales pitch is the type of badge your sim has in Sales. Having a high charisma helps you get the Gold Badge faster but that's about all it does as far as business goes.

Actually, what I think he's talking about here...though maybe you're right and I'm wrong, is the Family Aspiration of having however many kids. Personally I just try not to have family sims and ignore these mad desires.

shift+control+c maxmotives= maxes out all needs
If you have NL when your sim brings a potential friend home from work,have your sim serve dinner, then have your sim toast them, it gives like 5 or 6 postive points and if your sim toasts like 3 or 4 times by the time dinner is over they have a new friend.Also have your adult sims choose the hang out option and they will sit and talk for hours.Child sims get body points swimming in the pool.shift+control+c aspirationLevel-5 will put your sims aspiration in the platinum and LockAspiration will lock it so it stays platinum. biggrin
