Randomly looking at the book list, I came across this thread. Since the thread starter never answered, I used Google to figure this out.

The Wizard, the Witch, and Two Girls from Jersey
by Lisa Papademetriou

The blurb on amazon says its basically about a couple of Jersey girls who get sucked into a fantasy book. I've not read it, but there you go.

I've never heard of it. I'm a Jersey girl and a witch myself. I should check it out. Thanks for the info.

It's funny? So, is it like a parody of how many modern fantasy books take place in New Jersey nowadays, like Holly Black's books? question The Princess Bride is a parody of fantasy cliches and it's hilarious. rofl
