[Satsuki Higurashi]

Some of us are in are own little world when it comes to Inuyasha. And some of us raving fangirls and otakus like speaking in Japanese, just like our dear subtitled episodes.

So, if anyone would care to create a dictionary of most used phrases, it would be handy. I would, but I am a little busy right now... stare I can only add a few in...

[Satsuki Higurashi]

I can only post a few for the time being. But here's some:

Hai = yes
Ohayu = morning
Konnichiwa = good afternoon/hello
Arigatou = thank you
Arigatou gozaimasu = thank you very much
Sayonara = goodbye
Gome = sorry
Nani? = what?
Daijoubu? = how are you? or: is it okay?
Daijoubu = I'm fine, or: it's okay
Youki = demonic aura
Shouki = demonic energy, miasma
Katana = sword
Hime = princess
-sama = an honourable suffix, usually representing 'lord', 'lady' or 'master'. Its used for one you value higher than yourself.
-san = a common suffix, used in place of 'miss', 'mrs', 'mr', etc.
-dono = an honourable suffix, showing the highest respect for someone. It can also mean lord, as well as '-sama'.
Sempai = if you call someone your "sempai" then you see them as your senior, or superior. Usually used at school for someone who is in a higher grade or someone you respect more intellectually.
Sensei = used for teachers, mentors, doctors, etc. Someone who is higher than you, like a sempai, who teaches you.
Kawaii = cute
Youkai = demon
Hanyou = half-demon
Ningen = human
Inu = dog
Neko = cat
Kitsune = fox
Houshi = monk
Tajiya = exterminator/slayer
Seiyuu = voice actor

Miko = Priestess
Kotsu = Bone
Baka = Stupid
Tanooki = Racoon dog
Oni = Another word for demon
Oo-aniki = Respectable older brother
Yosh = Yes or Okay
Kisama = Rude way of saying 'you'
Gomen nasai = I'm very sorry
Onna = Women

You guys basically stated all that there is but... here's also a few:

Atashi wa: I, me... though this could only be used for females (males, don't use this unless u want to sound gay)
Jikusho (something like that >_<): Damn/Sh*t (a swear word that inuyasha uses often)
Kaze no Kizu: Roughly translates as Cutting Wind (Kaze means wind)... an attack of Tetsaiga.
O-Jee-san: Old man

Can't think of anymore right now... >_<

ojii-san = old man, grandfather

Watashi = me, I

wa = particle that shows ppl what u wanna say, the strong part of the sentence (egg.: Watashi wa desu. My name is / I am ; Watashi wa seito desu. I am a pupil.)

Chikushou = s**t

Kuso = the f word

Kaze no Kizu = kizu -> wound; kaze -> wind; so a mottamo translation would be The Wind Wound

Kai = (katakana) shellfish

Hotaru = firefly

Usagi = rabbit

Koi = (hiragana) love, passion; (katakana) a fish

Aishiteru = I love you

Kirai = hate, don't like ~

Kirei = beautiful

Itachi = weasel

Tatte Kudasai = please stand up

(Chotto) Matte Kudasai = (polite) please wait (a second / a bit)

Shou Shou O-Machi Kudasai = (even more polite) please wait a bit / a second

Itte Kudasai = please go ahead (as in go ahead and speak)

Mite Kudasai = please look

(Hakkiri) Hanashite Kudasai = please speak (clearer)

Kaite Kudasai = please write

Kiite Kudasai = please listen

Douitashimashite = your welcome

Ittekimasu = i'm off! (the correct translation: i'm leaving but i'm coming back)

Itterashai = have a safe trip!

Tadaima = i'm home!

Okaeri Nasai = welcome (home)!
