i have no idea..it MUST be from the show..it doesnt look like its done on photopshop..i hope its the real one!

I think it's done in photoshop, because those don't look like clothes from Naruto. I think the heads were just put onto the bodies xd

I read in an interview that Kishimoto-sensei was thinking about putting in some romantic relationships, and this would be a great one. NaruHina is awesome!
And, yes the clothes don't look like the ones commonly found in Narutoverse, so it was probably photoshoped. *wise nod*
