Hi Im kind of new at all of this and I have only been studying Wicca. I was wondering if someone could help me unerstand the basis of some other forms of Paganism?

It all depends on details, including what definition of Paganism you want to do. In its technical form, Buddhism and Hinduism are considered forms of Paganism; colloquial wise, there is still a wide variety of paths spanning all over the world and inspired by all sorts of matters (like Star Wars...).
To help get a better idea of what you are looking for, what do you feel is right about life/what do you believe in? Do you have any preferences of pantheons, environments or concepts that you wish to work with?

There's a gigantic list of religions/philosophies within the Pagan subset.
Neo druidism -- no link, I'm not even sure if this is the proper name. Its a restructuring of some of the old Celtic beliefs, before Christianity came to the scene. I'm not overly familar with it.
And something a little more homegrown (brand spanking new to the Pagan field):
