yeah, i liked the pride lands 2, was cool how they made the characters into lions and stuff.....world that never was was great too i thought

I'm still trying to complete the darn journal. I dunno how to unlock the final Paradoz Cup tournament. Plus Posteduty's a pain...my fastest time was 35 secs.

Complete Phil's Training Maniac Mode with 1000 points or more.
Complete the Hades Paradox Cup with 15000 points or more.
Complete the synthesis list.

And to answer your question about Hades Paradox, you need to be level 99, have all drive forms leveled up to 7, and your summons leveled up to 7.

Also, for poster duty, it helps to have Glide 3, Arial Dodge 3, and High Jump 3 equipped to Sora, so you can get around easier. You also need a good route for it too. Another tip, right after you post each poster, use Arial Dodge and Glide to your next poster.

that's wut i've been doing with poster duty (and i have all those skills at level 3)

...i gotta level up 5 levels to get the tournament <_< grrrr
for the Phil thing try messing with having different skill and keyblade combos (i think i did it using the Follow the Wind Keyblade)
