SquarEnix has already released Dragon Quest: Slime Heroes (name?) on the DS, but that's not the end of their support! They have Final Fantasy III as a confirmed October launch. It's too sweet! We add on top of that the announced Final Fantasy Crystal Chronicles title suspected to be ready for release sometime in 2007, and the DS has a very nice line-up right there.
That, however, is just icing on the cake. An all new and, get this, numbered Final Fantasy is making it's way to the DS! It's a "tag-along" game, to be sure, but it's an all new adventure based on the game that's already a cult-classic in Japan! Final Fantasy XII! SquarEnix isn't shy of jumping onto Nintendo's wagon, and this is great news for any DS and/or FF fan ^_^ Like myself.
