This is a sort of passing fancy of a question, but I was here any ways, so I figured that I should post it.
I want to ask a question... actually, two. 1. Do you have a goth name? 2. Do you use said name in real life? (Or just on the net, for example.)
Before you answer, I just want to clarify what I mean when I say "goth name."
Goth Name- A name that a person of a gothic nature takes upon them selves in favor of their birth name.
Basically, when you decide to change your name (legally, or informally) to something that you belive is more befitting of you. For example, let us say that a female is born, and the name "Stephanie." is bestowed upon her. When Stephanie gets older, she becomes interested in the gothic culture. In order to better reflect her attitudes and beliefs about the world, she decides to find a new name for people to call her, instead of the plain name she was given at birth. She eventually settles upon "Circe Nightshade."
Circe Nightshade would be her 'goth name.'

Uh, I have some nicknames, but no goth names.
My friends call me "Thor" because I allegedly shoot billiards like a Norse god of overkill.

I don't have a goth name... I'm fine with going by "Ed" but my screen name comes from my ability to roll my eyes to the back of my head.

Well I usually just go by my real name since it's short and I like it. I don't think people are really defined by their names anyway.

I've been given names that people think would fit me... but I haven't felt comfortable enough to settle on a goth name yet... but I'm kinda working on it. Though I do love my username and it could be considered a goth name *nod*

mine is M. Folie, it's short for Minuit folie, which, in french, means midnight madness. It's a pun on the old belief that the moon makes one insane; hence the word lunatic.
