Ok,I was browsing along Youtube where I saw this so-called "Samurai X commercial ad" where Sony was trying to introduce Rurouni Kenshin to channels in order for them to take it & air it on thier channel....but what the hell were they thinking???

This is like false advertising....Kenshin is NOT trying to be the next superhero... stare
When you look back at this,I am sooooo glad Cartoon Network took RK instead

They were trying to get mor viewers.
And in a sense, Kenshin is a "super" hero. He is able to do "super" things that normal people cannot do, not to mention he does his best to protect, which, by definition, is a superhero.

heh, well they just totally killed the ruroken spirit, "here take my ribbon u can give it back to me after you win your battles" that was so not kaoru it was disgusting wow...just wow... that almost made me want to cry, i mean it was hooking but it's so not ruroken at all the only thing they got right is that samuraix is rurouni kenshin just different things, it's the ova and ruroken is the tv series

OMG OMG OMG *dies laughing* That is the stupidest ad on the face of the earth! I like the mortal combat music in the background. XD Oddly enough, there's a pretty cool Kenshin AMV done to the mortal combat theme...

What bothers me here is that the American dubbing is crap. Complete and utter crap. They should've let us canadians do it, we did a way better job on Inuyasha then they ever would stare ...
Anyhow I'm also annoyed by the fact that it's veen dubbed to "Samurai X"...what the hell? Do I have tokick someone in the face? Its called "RUROUNI KENSHIN" geeez..
Also, you're right, Kenshin is not trying to be the next superhero...
