people on gamespot are always saying some thing about fillers and where fillers end. does any body know what that is

Fillers are for when the animaters get a head of the manga writers, and so they create their own little arch to take the time away until the writer/manga artist gets another plot going, i e the Rurouni Kenshin Series, they were always ahead of the manga artist, and so there were tons of arks (Fillers) to fill the time when something new from the artist would come out.
The only filler I've come across in the BLEACH series has been the Bount Arc I haven't gone any further past this so I'm not sure if there are more.
32 would be more of a filler but it also explains Rukia and Renji's past. And if some one doesn't thing that 33 isn't a filler needs to have their head examined.
I know that people complains about fillers but I like watching them. Like episode 32 is a good filler for histories. Not all fillers are bad but that's to it's own opinions.
