dont you find it ironic how kenshin beat enishi, using a tecnique that is opposite to not only his style of swordmanship , specialist, but also his own name.

If you mean Noutoujutsu and the Ryu Mei Sen, yeah that was a cool move. All of Kenshin's finest moves had failed, so he calls on something small and simple to bring Enishi down. Noutoujutsu isn't opposite of Hiten Mitsurugi Ryu, it's just a different aspect of it. Kenshin is proficient in battoujutsu and noutoujutsu.

It's the opposite of Kenshin's beloved battojutsu, true enough. It's still part of the overall school of Hiten Mitsurugi Ryu. Yes, the irony is delicious. The big stuff failed, so Kenshin used the little stuff to defeat Enishi.

If you can't seem to get 'em with big attacks. Sneak behind 'em and pull a small but effective attack.

'Tis a good rule for any person in combat...Well, at least in theory...

it's basically the same thing in any story plot, the first things they do always fail and the last thing, even if it's simple...works like a charm
