I was playing my lot.
I was sleep.
Mortimer was running into my house.
I said, "What the hell?"
He ran up to my room.
And screamed at me.

This happened once more.
I was in my kitchen.
Mortimer ran into my house-AGAIN.
Mortimer shoved me.
I shoved him back.
Again, "What the hell?"

This was on my computer version of the SIMS 2.
I've never spoken to him-ever.
Why? Why? What? I'm hungry.

What I don't get is why all sims in Pleasantview seem to be so fascinated by old Mortimer.

It happens if you look through the telescope in the day, 'cause it's like spying on people really. Then a random sim sometimes but not always comes running in and shouts at the one who looked through the telescope.

Myabe it has to do with his wife disapearing xD and everyone thinks he killed her.

is mortimer the black guy with the fro? that guy always comes into my house/steals my newspapers/knocks over my trashcans...it gets pretty damn annoying...but then again, it is in my custom neighborhood or what-not...

Nah Mortimer is Mortimer Goth from the original game. He lives in Pleasantview and is an elder sim now.

Once this random townie came over to my house and knocked over my garbage can for no reason at all.. Another time that odd guy with the blonde bowl cut and the aviators (forget his name x3) came into my house and started screaming at me, but I didnt even have a telescope.. xp

That's weird, if you were looking at them with a telescope, wouldn't they have been looking back with their telescope as well? How else would they know you were looking at them? I think it would be too far to see without a telescope unless they were neighbours or something.
If that is correct, then they have no right to fight with the person because they did the exact same thing.
