They might look like that, but the coloring might be different. If they did look like that, they would throw off all theores about the Akatsuki leader.

That is gorgeous work... I'm thrilled to see it. And those are certainly unique nose piercings (I certainly wouldn't put it past Kishimoto-sensei to go and do something interesting like that). Look at his eyes, too - very eerie. As for the girl being so simple, don't forget that she might normally appear tame but be a freak while during battle. Nothing is too simple when it comes to Akatsuki.

In the manga, we've seen a good enough picture to at least know what his eyes look like, and that he has those piercings on his nose.....we also know he has orange hair....so other than that, we don't know what he looks like....only thing we really have on the other one, is blue hair and a flower....we don't even know if the blue-haired one is female or not
