[_  _] The fool doth think he is wise...Alright... So.
We all know that Pirates of the Caribbean: At World's End is supposed to come out May 25th, right?
Well... Problem.
On this movie poster (below), it says that it comes out on Memorial day.
(And just in case anyone was curious, the Chinese characters above the skull in this poster translate to "Good luck Captain Jack", courtesy of this website.)
Traditionally it's the 30th, but it's observed on the last Monday in May... Which is the 28th, NOT the 25th.
So... What? I'm marginally confused about this. xP ... But the wise man knows himself to be a fool. [_ _]

Sometimes they push back movie releases for reasons such as it's taking a long time to edit, or the score's taking forever to write or record, or something of that sort.
They just want to make sure that we get the most worthwhile flick for our money's worth.
I remember that PotC 2 was supposed to be out in APRIL last year but they finally released it in July. Or was it August? Well, anyway, it was some matter of time later, to be sure.

Maybe so... But three days?
That doesn't seem to make much sense if it's just a editting error.
I mean, considering how many places they need to 'ship it out to' and such, three days wouldn't afford them very much extra time. A month or something I could understand... But three days just doesn't seem to make sense. ... But the wise man knows himself to be a fool. [_ _]

Maybe so... But three days?
That doesn't seem to make much sense if it's just a editting error.
I mean, considering how many places they need to 'ship it out to' and such, three days wouldn't afford them very much extra time. A month or something I could understand... But three days just doesn't seem to make sense. ... But the wise man knows himself to be a fool. [_ _] Oftentimes they also like to change the date to dates of importance, such as memorial day or the fourth of july, just so we as Americans can go and spend said holiday watching a movie and being generally snippy at the rest of the people who also had such a cunning plan. Memorial Day is quite notorious for film release dates, since it's summer, everyone wants to see an adventure/action flick, and everyone's got off that day and they've nothing better to do.

i looked on yahoo movies and it said that the final date for release was may 25th:
Genres: Action/Adventure
Release Date: May 25th, 2007 (wide)
Distributors: Walt Disney Pictures
that info came from yahoo movies, i already have tickets reserved for me and my friend when i go to Massachusets.

[_ _]    No, you want you to find this, because the finding of this finds you incapacitorially finding and/or locating in your discovering and detecting a way to save your dolly belle, ol' what's-her-face....It was my birthday too. >< Go your best friend and I!! And the three says, that could because they screwedc one take up and the take was very expensive so they are figuring out what to cut back on. Or maybe it's the fact that one of the actors uit and they had to find a new one? Savvy?

May 25th is my last day of school! xd I'm not really quite sure when I would rather have it come out...May 25 (my last day of school) or three days later, May 28. I really wanted to go the a midnight premier...so if it came out on the 25th, I wouldn't be able to see it...but if it came out the 28th...the theatre would be WAY more crowded than normal... sweatdrop

may 25th my very last day of school i graduate that night, and a few days later i have reserved tickets for me and my friend to see it when the theaters are less crowed here is a link to prove that it is may 25th and not later nor sooner: http://movies.yahoo.com/movie/1808713062/infocheck it out and it will say that the release date is MAY 25th
