K, so I've jumping around the net, and all of a sudden I come across this weird video on Youtube where Yondaime Hokage is the leader of Akatsuki... so I'm asking WTF? The art looks legit, but I can't tell if this is a fan thing or not. Comments? Opinions? Theories? I'm so confused right now that anything is good to hear. It looks like it was photoshoped together to me. And I don't think that Naruto would say something like "furthermore." Or "WTF." And the ending ramble has really bad grammar.
So, yeah. Photoshoped.

They just took some parts from the manga and replaced the text and other stuff...have you actually read the manga? that way you would know that the leader hasn't been revealed yet.

Kakashi Gaiden, duh.
It's the only arc in the manga where he's shown alive.

...it has been spelled out that yondaime is dead... and that can't be real cuz they havent got that far in the manga yet... and look closely. is photoshopped. sorry for the grammar.
