Spell of the Week

As the title says, I will be posting one spell/incantation/ritual/recipe a week here and any witch is welcome to use it, just as long as proper credit is given. Any spells that are not accredited to me will have the creator's name underneath. Please do not steal spells/incantations/rituals etc!

o7.27.07 - Sorry I've been gone so long! I haven't been able to update since today because I've been on a trip, and then got back and was extremely busy. Let me just say I'm sorry and please forgive me! ^^;;

o7.3o.o7 - I am going to be gone for the next two weeks after tomorrow. I am looking for either someone to put up a spell for next week, or to just have various people post spells with the author's name and where it came from. If it's from a website, please post the url.


This Week's Spell is.....Home Protection!
This Week's Spell is for.....Adults or children 15+ with adult supervision


YOU WILL NEED:

nine laurel leaves
nine ash leaves
a handful of frankincense
a fireplace or cauldron

1) As the fire burns say:
Spirits of the fire,
Protect this home and all who live here.
Fill my abode with happiness, good health,
and abundance.
Blessed be!


2)To banish bad habits, throw symbols of your habits into a sacred fire built on a night of the waning Moon.

3)As the fire consumes those symbols of unwanted feelings or addictions, feel the urges within you burn away.

Here's one that I use quite often:

anger spell:

Visualize a circle of light around yourself Cup a black stone in your hands and raise it to your forehead & then your heart, each time say these words:

with this stone
anger be gone
water bind it
no one find it

concentrate & project all your anger into the stone

With all your might throw it into a lake, stream, river, or the ocean.

I usually say say things like "fear" "sadness" or "pain" instead of "anger"
