I just watched the Christian arc and it was really weird (I'm almost done with it actuallu but..) 1. None of the teachings acutally matched Christian teachings or doctrine. 2. Blind Kenshin is more graceful then seeing Kenshin. xd Are the other arcs in the 3rd season that weird? xd

I kind of liked the tragic romance between Sanosuke and Lady Magodalia. Also, it was nice to see a swordsman that was actually more skilled than Kenshin for once.

No way would I watch the third season. I make it a point never to watch fillers. Besides, no Enishi and Gein = lame.

I almost feel like I am going to get stoned for saying this, but I actually like fillers. I admit I haven't watched the whole third season, but I did like the fillers that I saw. Besides, I have the manga, so as soon as I watch the anime, I'm not really missing anything...If that makes sense.

Kibeth I almost feel like I am going to get stoned for saying this, but I actually like fillers. I admit I haven't watched the whole third season, but I did like the fillers that I saw. Besides, I have the manga, so as soon as I watch the anime, I'm not really missing anything...If that makes sense. I agree, filler or not, it is still quite good. And as Kibeth says, if you read the manga, you aren't missing anything. I thought it was kind of cool how they brought back Yutaro.

I am in the process of watching and I think it is worth watching on like rainy days grounded off the computer and have no good book to read. And your ipod is dead or charging. Anyways, you can soo tell it is just fillers.

I do think the third arc was lacking (personally I like the Shimabara arc, and the episode about the painter liking Kaoru) but other than that the third arc was "eeh" It's good to watch at least once though, and I do own the dvds for it. It's not downright terrible but it's not the Jinchuu arc either. (I really wish they would have animated that) I think the weirdest storyline in that arc was the whole Feng Shui thing. That one just left me like confused

-sob- how do you throw out Enshi? i men what the hell, he and his whole group with the whole Kenshin kills Kalru but he doesn't was awesome. how do you not put that in the anime? come on! and if the filler for season 3 are like the fillers from season one then i don't think i want it.

eh, kinda sorta, IMO the christian arc was my least favorite of all so if you're asking for a comparison, the arcs to come are better and you definately should watch the fillers, a lot of them are hilarious!!!!!!!!

samuraichikX eh, kinda sorta, IMO the christian arc was my least favorite of all so if you're asking for a comparison, the arcs to come are better and you definately should watch the fillers, a lot of them are hilarious!!!!!!!! Yeah, I definantly didn't like the Christian arc that much considering they took my religon the wrong way and it was weird. I did like Kaoru Estatic; it was such a funny and cute and fluffy episode. I like how in at the end Kenshin gives Kaoru flowers (thanks to Tae! ^.^ wink . The painter being in love with Kaoru was also a good episode. I don't mind fillers too much really though it would have been incredibly-amazingly-awesomely so much better if they did the Jinchu arc.

It was made (so I have heard) because of its popular fan base and is really just filler. Also, a lot of the characters are, well, out of character. Miss Tae at the Akabeko suddenly becomes obsessed with helping Kaoru hook up with Kenshin. I didn't get really what that was about, but I think you see my point. I like fillers too and I like Kenshin, which was my only real motivation for watching it. Call me shallow, but at least I'm honest.

Also, it was nice to see a swordsman that was actually more skilled than Kenshin for once. first of all, Hiko could kick Kenshin's and Shogo's a**. 2nd, i've realized that the book that was released was just the whole Kaishu Katsu storyline.
