I have no idea what he was trying to say. Maybe he was offering to give you a shirt that was worth 11k for 1.9k. And perhaps he thought that was a 100 gold profit for you?

I can usually translate, but I don't get that offer at all. Either he doesn't understand how to make gold, or he was trying to scam you (and failing miserably).
