I remember your eyes...
Their glow and comfort in
The darkness
And the love I felt for you that night

I remember your touch...
Your hands moving over my naked body
So warm in a world of cold
Making me feel like I finally had a home

I remember how it felt...
I wanted to believe so badly
That you loved me
While deep down I knew it was a lie

I remember how I cried...
When I knew you were gone and
You never really cared
But also I knew that I'd somehow go on

I know how it feels now...
To fall in love with a fantasy
You stole my heart
But now I know that it was nothing but a dream
And you were never really there
